Alliance Facility Management (WA) Pty Ltd has been successfully performing property improvements and maintenance planning in the Strata communities since 2006. AFM has significant experience in maintaining facilities at a wide variety of strata schemes: commercial, residential and mixed use, from 6 to 90 lots; and managing remedial projects up to 1.5M.
AFM have been actively involved in the Strata Community Association, Facility Management Association, Worksafe, and Building Construction Code Australia, including education and information seminars.
AFM’s approach is to pursue the protection of all owners’ interests in maintaining and protecting the value of their property. In some cases this includes improving the value of the property with the support of proactive owners. AFM’s experienced team of experts and contractors add valuable support to any asset.
AFM’s 10 year plans are compliant with the new strata regulations and provide strata schemes with appropriate data and key information to make informed decisions regarding future capital investment into the property.
AFM insurances cover public liability 20M, professional indemnity and workers compensation.
Managing Director, Greg Keet, obtained his Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations) and holds a current National Police Certificate. Greg has worked closely with architects, engineers and building lawyers since moving back to Perth in 2006; prior to which he ran a successful commercial furniture fitout company for over 10 years. Greg’s early educational years included his foundational knowledge subjects of architecture and building studies. Greg is a member of the Strata Community Association (SCA) WA, the Facility Management Association of Australia, and the Australian Institute of Waterproofing, as well as a sponsor of Western Australian Apartment Advocacy.
