Leadership
Greg Keet (Managing Director) brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership to the company. He holds a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations) and maintains a current National Police Certificate. Since returning to Perth in 2006, Greg has worked closely with architects, engineers, builders, and legal professionals to resolve complex building defect issues.
With over a decade of prior experience running a successful commercial furniture fitout business, Greg’s foundational studies in architecture and building construction continue to support his technical expertise. He remains committed to professional development through ongoing national and international education, focusing particularly on waterproofing and concrete remediation.
Greg is an active member of the Strata Community Association (SCA) WA, the Concrete Institute of Australia, and the Australian Institute of Waterproofing, where he also serves as a committee member. He proudly supports Western Australian Apartment Advocacy as a corporate sponsor.
